Sierra Leone
Give thanks that after two years of planning a borehole for a new well at the Gbonka Primary School was dug and commissioned last week ending in December 2019. Steven Harris of CED was present on site during the drilling and returned. Water samples will be taken this week to verify the water quality after which, subject to the test results, this new water supply will be made available to the whole Gbonka village community. Continue to pray for Paster Esther Onwuna and the Word of Life Church as she continues to bring the message of Jesus to this community over Christmas. To finish the project a new latrine block is to be erected for the primary school children and Teacher(s) as their only toilet facility at the moment is a hole in the ground behind the school. Pray for the Practical Tools Initiative local team as they oversee this work over the next two months.
